At Shoe Bakery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sweet new treats. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original decorative bakery packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
